What is AlignStretch?
It’s a personalized, holistic approach to stretch therapy that doesn’t just increase your mobility, but aligns your body, calms your mind, and helps you feel your best. In this intentional practice, I gently move you into therapeutic positions and through sequences that ease discomfort, improve your range of motion, reduce stress, and bring clarity.
You’ll experience benefits like increased range of motion, reduced stiffness, and enhanced overall physical performance as I blend targeted, hands-on techniques, including:
You relax on the massage table, and I do the rest. Working with your body’s capabilities, I safely and gently stretch you at angles it’s hard to achieve on your own.
During an AlignStretch session, I work to create balance in your mind and body by guiding you into a parasympathetic state where you can heal, rest, and restore. You’ll notice visible, immediate gains in your range of motion, even after one session.
What happens after a session?
I want you to get the most out of each session, so I give you practical tools and exercises to work on at home, so you keep that relaxed, pain-free feeling.

- Body By Breath – as a certified Body by Breath instructor, I integrate Jill Miller’s scientific approach to guide relaxation and release, using breath and pressure to help your nervous system let go.
- Fascial Stretch Therapy – gentle, stretching, mobilization, and manipulation techniques aimed at improving the flexibility, mobility, and function of your fascia — the web of collagen fibers that surround and support muscles, bones, organs, and nerves throughout the body.
- NeuroMyoFascia Therapy – a gentle and intuitive technique that focuses on myofascial release, soothing the nervous system, and healing. If you’ve been dealing with chronic pain, tension, or stress, this can be a game-changer.
- Reiki – a very simple yet effective form of energy work that creates deep relaxation, promotes healing, and soothes discomfort.

How Often should i get stretch therapy?
I usually suggest planning on coming in for at least 3 sessions relatively close together (like once a week), and then we can re-evaluate and make a plan of action that works for you.
Maintenance usually works best if you come in for an AlignStretch session every 2–4 weeks.

Is it safe to stretch if I’m under the care of my doctor, physical therapist, or chiropractor?
Yes! Especially if you bring specific information about your diagnosis, current treatment, and any protocols or recommendations your other caregivers can provide. I’m also happy to communicate directly with them if you give and document consent.
Is stretch therapy different from a massage?
Yes! By working on the joint capsule and fascia, not just the muscles (which are the main focus of massage), AlignStretch can unlock much more flexibility. By balancing out your entire fascial body (rather than focusing on specific areas), AlignStretch releases tight muscles, stiff joints, and reduces chronic pain. I use activation and releasing patterns, which improve your ability to stabilize as you release or lengthen, preventing injury. These fascial stretch techniques also help regulate your nervous system, for a mind-body connection and holistic results.
On the logistics side, you stay fully clothed throughout your AlignStretch session, and no oil or lotion is used, so you can get right back to your day if needed.
