Upcoming: Strength Training Simplified
A 4-week guided introduction to strength training that feels steady, safe, and sustainable. If you’ve ever felt intimidated by strength or weight training — or unsure where to begin — this course is designed for you.

Strength Training Simplified introduces the fundamentals of strength work in a clear, approachable way, helping you build confidence, strength, and body awareness without overwhelm.

What you’ll work on:
  • Understanding basic strength-training principles
  • Learning safe, effective movement patterns
  • Building strength gradually and confidently
  • Improving stability, posture, and resilience
  • Creating a sustainable foundation you can build on

  • Weekly live online classes with me

  • Simple reflections and prompts to support consistency

Evergreen courses are self-paced versions of past live programs, allowing you to begin whenever it suits you.
You still receive full access to the course materials — plus ongoing support through my Office Hours.
This makes evergreen courses ideal if:

  • You prefer to move through content on your own schedule
  • You want a deeper dive into a specific area

Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior experience to take a course?
No. Courses are designed to be accessible to beginners while still offering depth for more experienced movers. Options and guidance are provided throughout.
What equipment will I need?
Requirements vary by course, but most only need minimal equipment such as a Coregeous ball, hand towel, resistance bands or loops. Any optional props are clearly listed before you begin.
What if I fall behind during a live course?
That’s okay. Live courses include self-paced resources, so you can catch up if you miss a session. You’ll also retain access to materials after the course ends.
Do evergreen courses include support?
Yes. While evergreen courses don’t include live weekly classes, you still have access to my Office Hours, where you can ask questions or get guidance.
How long do I have access to the course materials?
Access details are listed on each course registration page. Most courses provide extended or ongoing access so you can revisit practices as needed.
Can I combine courses with private sessions or group classes?
Absolutely. Many clients combine courses with private or group sessions for additional support and personalized guidance.
