My virtual group classes are designed to feel safe, inclusive, and genuinely supportive — not rushed or intimidating.
In every class, you can expect:

  • General corrections for the group, plus individual tips when appropriate
  • A calm, relaxed atmosphere where you can show up as you are
  • A focus on moving well, not pushing or performing

Classes are live, interactive, and guided in real time — so you’re never left guessing.​

Do I need prior Pilates or movement experience to take online classes?
No. Classes are designed to be accessible, with options and modifications offered throughout. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you.
Is it safe to take group classes if I have injuries or limitations?
Yes — with care and awareness. I regularly offer modifications and alternative options. If you have a specific medical concern, it’s a good idea to check with your healthcare provider first.
If you’re unsure, a private session or free consultation can help determine the best starting point.
Will I get personal feedback in a group class?
While the class is guided as a group, I do offer individual cues and suggestions when appropriate. That said, if you’re looking for constant one-on-one feedback, private sessions may be a better fit.
What if I can’t do everything in the class?
That’s completely fine. Classes are not about “keeping up” — they’re about consistency, awareness, and progress over time. You’re always encouraged to rest, modify, or skip movements as needed.
Can I join from anywhere?
Yes. As long as you have an internet connection, you can join from anywhere in the world.
