What you’ll need
Very little! Most clients use:
  • A mat or carpeted floor
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A phone, tablet, or laptop with an internet connection

If you have props (a core ball, YTU balls, resistance bands or loops, weights, a chair), great — but if not, I’ll work with what you have.

​Do I need prior experience with Pilates, strength training, breathwork, or mobility to work with you online?
Not at all. Private sessions are completely tailored to your experience level. Many clients start with little or no background and build confidence quickly with one-on-one guidance.
Is it safe to do this online if I have an injury or medical condition?
Yes — with the right information. I regularly work with clients managing chronic pain, injuries, osteoporosis, neurological conditions, and other limitations.
Before we begin, we’ll discuss your history and any recommendations from your healthcare provider. I provide clear options, modifications, and pacing throughout the session.
How is this different from a group virtual class?
In private sessions:
  • Everything is customised to you
  • You receive constant feedback and corrections
  • Movements are chosen specifically for your body and goals
  • You don’t need to remember or guess modifications
This allows for faster progress and a much more supportive experience.
How often should I book private virtual sessions?
That depends on your goals and schedule. Many clients start with:
  • 1 session per week for focused progress
  • Or a combination of private sessions and group classes for support and consistency
We can adjust your plan as your needs change.

How Much are online private sessions?
Private sessions online are $96 per hour. 
Each session is typically 1 hour. 
Payment by Zelle and Venmo is preferred. Credit card payments are available upon request. 
What is your cancellation policy?
All virtual sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full or deducted from your package
