Pippa’s Pilates & Stretch is now offering videos for downloading and/or streaming!
These unique videos will help you find more ease in your body by developing a balance between strength and flexibility. They will teach you how to practice Pilates as well as dynamic stretches safely and efficiently based on current scientific theories as well as Pippa Frame’s experience as a professional dancer, educator, Fascial Stretch Specialist, and Pilates Instructor. In addition to a variety of basic Pilates and Stretch series, I will be covering some very specific areas of the body, physical challenges and conditioning for athletes/dancers. There will be several series of stretches to improve your overall flexibility, increase your mobility, helpful breathing cues, and personal modifications.
Our intention is to offer an ever-expanding library to choose from. There are even more free videos available on our You Tube channel.
