WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO ALL THE ZOOM SESSIONS?
No problem! Recordings of every Zoom session will be posted in the learning platform within 24–48 hours, so you can catch up whenever it works for you. You’re always welcome to send me any questions or topics you’d like me to cover during the discussions — I’ll make sure they’re included so you still get what you need.
how will i receive my props?
Once you register, I’ll mail your props — including a Coregeous ball, Yoga Tune Up balls, and a long resistance band — straight to your door. You can expect your package to ship within a few days of signing up, so you’ll have everything you need before we get started.
CAN I ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE SESSIONS?
Absolutely! The live sessions are interactive, and you’re encouraged to ask questions, share observations, or request clarification at any time. There’s also a dedicated community discussion space each week where you can ask questions, see what others are exploring, and join the conversation.
