Where is Pippa’s Pilates & Stretch Therapy located?
For in-person sessions, I’m located inside of Sherman Oaks Health Associates, 13425 Ventura Blvd, Suite #100, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423.
When you enter the building, there’s a lobby where you can have a seat. I’ll come out to meet you for your appointment if I’m not already there to welcome you.
For virtual sessions, you can be anywhere with an internet connection!

How long are your Pilates and stretch sessions?
Typically, our sessions last 60 minutes.
How often should I take Pilates or stretch sessions?
To ensure progress and momentum, I usually suggest a minimum of 1 private lesson and 1 group class or video a week. But I am happy to work with clients on figuring out what consistently works with their busy lives.
I have a specific issue, injury, or physical limitation. Can Pilates or stretching help me?
Pilates can support healthy modifications for a wide variety of special populations such as (but not limited to) low back pain, joint replacements, pelvic floor dysfunction, neurological conditions, all stages of pregnancy, osteoporosis, chronic pain, cancer, and scoliosis.
Pilates, especially on the apparatus, can create a safe, smooth transition from an injury or painful issue back into regular activity. It makes movement feel good, which can make all the difference in how you approach exercise once you have “healed” from the initial issue. Many injuries are chronic or a result of repetitive stress, and we can isolate and re-train that pattern to prevent it from re-occurring.
Pilates, especially on the apparatus, can create a safe, smooth transition from an injury or painful issue back into regular activity. It makes movement feel good, which can make all the difference in how you approach exercise once you have “healed” from the initial issue. Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to pay for Pilates or stretch therapy?
Great news if you have an FSA or HSA: you may be able to get reimbursed for Pilates and Stretch Therapy.
