I started Pippa's Pilates & Stretch in 2012 with a mission to improve the way people like you move, feel, and function out in the real world.
As a lifelong dancer, I’ve always been interested in how the body moves. During my career as a professional performer, I experienced some interesting injuries and intense wear and tear, which led me on a continuing journey of learning and training to heal, restore and rebuild every body.

I draw from a wealth of training and experience to guide you towards a happier, healthier life through the services I offer.
Pilates builds strength and flexibility for a more confident you.
As a certified Pilates instructor, I guide you through exercises that strengthen your core and stability and improve your posture. That means better balance, fewer aches or strains, and more confidence in your everyday movements – from tying your shoes or squatting down to play with the kids, to playing sports and hiking.
Manual Stretch Therapy unwinds tension and unlocks movement for a pain-free, mobile life.
With an advanced understanding of how your muscles and fascia work, I use gentle, therapeutic stretching techniques to release chronic tension in your neck or lower back, improve mobility in your hips and shoulders and reduce pain. I can also teach you how to adapt your own stretches and workouts to feel amazing every day.

What my clients are saying....
PIPPA IS AMAZING. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
“Pippa is amazing! I always feel so much better and aligned after each visit. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and is always able to adjust any issues I’m having in the most gentle way. Would highly recommend!” – Sherill
Pippa tailors every session to your needs.
“I met Pippa as a fellow dancer and have watched her rise to be one of the best at everything “body”. She continues to explore and educate herself in health and wellness, and she works hard to build and design her business to be one of the best in the field.
When I fell and broke my hip and sacrum and had to have a replacement, I did my recovery with her in her Pilates studio. Pippa got me back to health! I’ve also been taking her pilates classes and going to her for manual stretch therapy for years because she’s the best at it. And as an aging dancer it’s been essential for my health! I’m also a member of Pippa’s online video subscription and use it daily. All of her services are absolutely affordable and worth every penny.
Pippa cares, and skillfully tailors every session to the individual’s needs. I can’t recommend her enough, and am forever grateful to her.” – Karen

Pippa helped me speed up the rehabilitation of my knee.
“Pippa is amazing and has helped speed up the rehabilitation of my knee. As a professional dancer, I can't afford to be injured so I am very grateful to have her. The mobility in my knee improved immediately after our first session and I will continue to go to her to help strengthen it, and for whatever other physical problems I may have in the future.” – Stephen
PIPPA IS EXPERIENCED, EDUCATED, AND SKILLED.
“You’re in great hands with Pippa! She is a highly experienced, educated, and skilled practitioner who sensitively tunes in. She creatively and with great knowledge focuses on and adjusts to my presenting concerns.” – Susan
My leg has not given out on me once since i have seen pippa.
“I am recently retired with back problems and leg nerve problems – sometimes even walking was painful. I learned of Pippa from my daughter, who has worked with Pippa for years and gifted me a stretch session. It is the best thing that has happened in years for me medically. I went from limping often and hurting after a mile or two of walking to now no limping and my leg has not given out on me since I have seen Pippa.
Working with Pippa has been very great – she is very professional. Every time I leave, I feel so much better.” – Dave

I was at my full potential, not fighting my body because i was tight.
I’ve experienced the effectiveness of Pippa’s work both as a pro athlete and for pain reduction now that I’ve been retired for over 10 years. One evening, I went to the gym for my normal off-season workout on my way home from getting stretched with Pippa. I was a few lifts into my routine and looking down at my paper to make sure I wasn’t making mistakes on my desired weights for that workout. I looked back at the pins on the machines to make sure I wasn’t putting them in the wrong places. I was doing 4 sets at 12 reps and usually by the third set, I’d struggle with the last 2 reps, and on the last set, I’d struggle and need a spotter. In my workout after getting stretched, I was able to do all four sets without struggling. After a few lifts, I was able to add roughly 10% to the weight I had been lifting the time before. From a sports perspective, any time you can increase your productivity by 10% is a HUGE jump. I realized it was because I was operating at my full potential rather than fighting my own body because I was tight.
Within 2 sessions, i got my range of motion back.
Retiring after 20 years as a pro, I developed arthritis in my hip and felt severe pain daily for 4 years. I visited doctors, went to physical therapy, and started taking medication just to get through the day. After my doctor mentioned hip replacements (I’m just turning 40), I decided to go back to see Pippa and see if getting stretched would help. Within 2 sessions, my body responded: I got my range of motion back and I’ve not had pain in that hip since. I have a much better quality of life, doing the things I love like hiking and playing golf. Pippa is a master at what she does!"
