Hi! I’m Pippa Frame, a Pilates Instructor and Fascial Stretch Therapist who helps normal, busy people troubleshoot and improve how their body feels, moves, and functions out in the real world.
My definition of normal includes those with zoom neck, tight hips, low back pain, osteoporosis, joint replacements, pregnancies, and chronic injuries or tension (just to name a few). If you’re struggling with what feels like a moving target, nagging aches & pains that never really go away or an ever-changing array of symptoms, know that you’re not alone!
In fact, this is how I got into the work I do now. I am a retired modern dancer who still loves to move! Although I no longer dance or choreograph professionally, my calling led me to develop a curiosity and interest in how the body moves at a very young age. It also led to an interesting list of injuries and some intense wear & tear on my body, which I now do my best to manage with the same strategies I use with my clients.
I started my company in 2012, but I have been working and learning within the health, movement, and wellness industries for much longer. I hold an MFA in Dance as well as certifications as a Pilates Instructor, Fascial Stretch Specialist, Reiki master, and Human Potential Life coach.
I maintain a strong focus on continuing education in order to support my clients as well as feed my passion and enthusiasm for my work. Here’s a list of some things I’ve studied:
