Pippa’s instructions are clear and helpful as she talks you through not just the exercises, but how the movement is helping to strengthen or stretch your body. My schedule differs from week to week, so it’s great to be able to use the videos when it’s convenient for me. I can also choose videos based on how much time I have, or if I need help with a particular issue (knees, back, posture, etc.).
