What if I’ve never taken class with you before, how will I know what I’m doing?
Each workshop is taught in a way that doesn’t require any previous experience or knowledge. Everyone is welcome! There is also plenty of time allotted before and after I teach to answer questions that might come up.

Is it safe to do this if I’m under my doctor, physical therapist, or chiropractor’s care?
Yes! Lots of options are given so that you can adapt everything to work for you that day. You are encouraged to listen to your body & go at your own pace. If you still aren’t sure, please connect with me to discuss.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel from your Momence account up to 24 hrs before workshop begins. The payment credit will either be applied back to your package or you’ll receive a “gift card” for the class value.
If you don’t cancel within 24 hours and can’t attend the workshop live, you’ll still get the class recording link.

How do I pay?
You’ll pay when you sign up for the workshop. You’ll be directed to pay through the Momence platform, where they use stripe as their processor.
How is this live zoom format different than just doing a pre-recorded video?
The biggest difference is that we will be connecting and interacting throughout the workshop.
I watch everyone on my monitor while you’re practicing what I’m teaching and then giving feedback as we go. I always allow a lot of time at the end for questions and/or to review anything we did (some people say that this is their favorite part).

Are there any benefits to doing the workshop via zoom versus in person?
Yes! I have heard that you can see and hear me better than you would in a room full of people. Since you get a recording, you don’t need to worry about getting everything or taking lots of notes. Convenience and flexibility are other benefits, you can take my workshop from anywhere in the world and if you miss any of it you can still watch the recording.

We will take the time to explore & discuss what you have going on, and you will have plenty of time to ask your questions in order to get the info you need.
I will help you understand what will help with your particular issue and how to fit that into your busy life.

Once you get the hang of that, we will add on some foot and lower leg exercises to develop strength, mobility, endurance and balance.
Then we get really practical by exploring how to put it all together in full body movement and alignment/posture.
