How does it work?
When you sign up for a class you will get a confirmation email right away, then one hour before the class starts you will automatically receive your link and password. You can also log in to your Momence account and access the class from there.
You can now buy a package of classes - then sign up for each one that you want to take. No need to contact me directly for this, it will all be done from here (unless there’s an issue, then please definitely contact me).

How do I Redeem Classes Using your Class Package
- To sign up, select the class you want from the list
- Click the “I have a subscription/event package” on the upper left side in blue (do not enter payment info again).
- The system will automatically keep track of your packages, classes taken, and notify you when you your package is empty
What is Zoom?
Zoom is a video conferencing app/website that you can use at a basic level free of charge. Click here to check it out and see how easy it is to join a meeting.
How much does it cost?
Classes are currently $12.
How long are group classes?
Classes run about 55-60 minutes.
When do I get the recording link?
You will get an email with the zoom recording link in it within 24hrs of the class and will be active for about a week.
How often do I need to take class?
I suggest taking class at least once a week to feel like you’re getting results and progress. It’s even better if you can do the video once as well.
What if I’ve never done pilates, how will I know what I’m doing?
Just like anything there’s a learning curve. At first, it might feel like you don’t know what you’re doing. BUT- if you listen to my instructions, watch my demonstrations, and consistently take class it gets more familiar and everything makes more sense. Classes are designed to work for any level, including beginner.

Is it safe to do this if I’m under my doctor, physical therapist, or chiropractor’s care?
Yes! Lots of options are given so that you can adapt each exercise to work for you that day. You are encouraged to listen to your body & go at your own pace. If you aren’t sure how to take class safely or how to modify correctly, you can always take a private mat pilates lesson in person or via zoom and we can go over everything you’ll need to know. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your class sign up from your Momence account up to 24 hrs before class begins. The class credit will either be applied back to your package or you’ll receive a “gift card” for the class value.
If you don’t cancel within 24 hrs and can’t attend the class live, you’ll still get the class recording link.

How do I pay?
When you buy a class package or sign up for a single class, you’ll be directed to pay through the Momence platform via stripe as the processor.
I’ve tried mat pilates in a group class and hated it, how will this be different?
I have a unique teaching style, which continues to evolve over time. The classes have flow, progressions and themes that make sense. I explain how certain skills or movements will help your body with everyday tasks or postures. We use props to help get the feel of the exercises and sometimes make them either harder or easier depending on what the class needs. I also incorporate FST principles to make stretches more effective and pain-free. Overall, classes are designed to be challenging but attainable with a lot of focus on movements that feel really good.
How is this live zoom format different than just doing a pre-recorded video?
I check in with everyone at the beginning of class to see how they are feeling and ask what requests they might have. Neck & shoulders are usually the first thing mentioned, but then I might hear about some tight hips, some soreness from a big hike, or a random exercise that someone really wants to do. I then incorporate all things into class. We also touch base at the end of class to see if anyone has any questions or feedback.
