Pilates & Stretch!
The official description of this class would be that it’s a mixed level contemporary Pilates & Stretch class offered via Zoom. We will be focusing on connecting to our breath, dynamically challenging our core, balancing out our bodies, and getting a nice mix of workout and relaxation. Come join us for some feel good, healthy movement & sneak in all the benefits of unwinding your tension while getting a full body workout every Monday at 6pm. (This might be changing to Wednesdays in February 2023…) All bodies welcome💗 *Can’t attend the live class? You get access to the class recording for a full week afterwards* We’d love to “see you” there! All levels welcome, no previous experience required. I take requests and lots of modifications or options are given. Questions? Connect with me, I’m happy to help. Want an idea of what my teaching style is like? Check out my you tube channel or some of my longer videos in my membership library. Suggested Props: - Pilates or Yoga Mat (you can always use a beach towel or large blanket) - Hand towel or a small pillow (for extra padding or next support) - Coregeous Ball (or something like it) find it here - Light or Medium Resistance Band find it here - Yoga Strap or a long belt/tie/towel find it here - Optional: sometimes I offer the option to add extra resistance with a resistance loop.
