To celebrate this new venture, I have posted a free video on YouTube. The video is an effective but time saving standing series. I like to use it as a warm up before I start my day, but you could also try it in the middle of the afternoon when you feel tired and/or stressed. The focus is on coordinating your breath & movement, activating your core, and tapping into your body awareness. It is taught & shown standing, and I recommend doing it barefoot if you can. We all spend way too much time sitting and wearing shoes!
