Great news if you have an FSA or HSA: you may be able to get reimbursed for Pilates and Stretch Therapy. HSAs and FSAs are savings accounts for medical expenses. They allow you to set aside money, pre-tax, for items and services that maintain or improve your health. And now, working with me falls into that bracket. I know how frustrating and complicated it can be to find out if you can use HSA or FSA funds for essential items that should qualify (like Pilates or Stretch Therapy). So I’m working with Truemed, a company devoted to driving HSA/FSA spending to products and services that are scientifically proven to improve metabolic health. If so, they’ll send you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), and then you can book your session with me as normal.
