Feeling stuck in your mid back? Or constantly fighting your rib flare? In under 5 minutes, find your upper back curve and connect with your upper core to release your ribs for better mobility, posture, and core activation. You’ll need a hand towel to support the weight of your head and take the load off of your neck. I encourage all levels of experience to practice this workout as it includes balance work and applies Pilates principles to functional, everyday movements. The video is designed to be practiced standing without assistance, but feel free to hold on to something stable to assist with balance. This is a safe workout for those with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia, please take care to avoid curving in your upper back when putting the ring in place and don’t turn further than you would to back up your car when rotating.
