This is the June graphic, but I’ll give you the heads up that we won’t be meeting on Zoom 4th of July week (7/5 & 7/7)
How’s it going?
Are you staying hydrated, taking movement breaks, and remembering to breathe deeply?
Those 3 things are game changers, but easily ignored when it gets busy and/or stressful. (Tax season, am I right? ugh)

Did you know you can make requests, ask questions, and even get corrections during live classes?
Yup….if you aren’t comfortable asking in front of everyone you can let me know before class or talk to me afterwards.
Interested, but can’t attend live?
No worries, when you register you get the recording for a full week afterwards.

I highly recommend it, and not only to women in peri or full on menopause. This episode in particular really spoke to me.
