This month’s video is part 2 of my standing glute activation series. It is helpful for all the same reasons but is a bit more challenging. It requires more hip & quadricep extension and better balance! The video shows me using a chair for balance, eventually you will want to work up to balancing on your own. I suggest activating your core and stretching your hips before trying this exercise. Some great options are wall bridges and/or the spine winder series. (click on the titles for links)
