Standing Full Body Stretch & Release 


Find your ability to breathe deeply, get your whole body moving, and release tension in about 15 minutes.


All you need for this full body stretch sequence is a little bit of space and a towel, if you feel balance challenged you may want to have a chair or wall nearby.


You can do this as a movement break, or as a warm up for other activities where you want to be connected to your breath and ready to move.


Adjust your reps & range of motion as needed.
