As many of you know, I am in the midst of my Bulletproof Lifecoach Certification Training. I am learning so much and can't wait to share some of the amazing material, but for now I need to take a break from the current scheduled newsletters, videos, and blog posts. I will still be teaching most of my group classes and seeing private clients. I also have a few more videos in this standing series to upload. In the meantime, I hope you will find the current videos on you tube and my website helpful.
If you subscribe to my you tube channel, (and allow your settings to notify you when new videos are released) you will know as soon as the next few videos are posted. I hope to be back at it in the Fall....
Standing Hip Hikes......
This month’s You Tube video is of standing hip hikes. Please try it using a chair, the wall, or another stable object for help with your balance until you get the hang of it. Hip hikes are a great way to mobilize your pelvis, free up your lower back, and reset your posture. Improve your pelvic alignment, core activation, and overall balance in under 3 minutes with this simple yet effective video.

I’ll post the current schedule below in case you haven’t tried them and want to drop in. New faces are always welcome, returning ones too! If you’re in the group classes and need some extra help, please bear in mind that you can always book a private mat lesson to get some one on one attention and personal corrections.
