It’s summer, so here’s my usual reminder about flip flops…
If you’re going to wear them,
make sure to add in some time to undo the havoc they wreak on your feet.

I’m slowly breaking in my earth runners, they were great for hiking and walking through the water up at West Fork Trail recently.
I might try some unshoes next, especially if I (by some amazing stroke of luck) get to take a beach trip anytime soon.

I have a new “wear socks while you’re getting fst” policy.
This is something I really need all my clients to do as a kindness to me. 😊
If you’ve been wearing shoes all day or out in the heat with a pair of socks, please bring some clean ones to change into.
If you’re wearing flip flops or sandals, that’s fine- please put your clean socks on before you hop on the table.
If you forget your clean socks, please let me know that you need to borrow a pair. (I’ll have some extras on standby) *tip* I keep an extra pair in my car in case I forget mine when I get worked on.

It’s a great group of regulars and we love to welcome new faces.

Yup….if you aren’t comfortable asking in front of everyone you can let me know before class or talk to me afterwards.
Interested, but can’t attend live?
No worries, when you register you get the recording for a full week afterwards.

I highly recommend it, and not only to women in peri or full on menopause. This episode in particular really spoke to me.
