Lower Leg Stretch Series
Learn my favorite sequence for unwinding the lower legs!
You’ll open up, stretch, & release your calves, ankles, feet, etc and hopefully feel the effects throughout your body.
It’s about 12 minutes long and uses a half foam roller, but you could always roll up a towel to mimic the half roll if you don’t have one.

The one I’m using is then OPTP Black AXIS Firm Foam Roller - Half 12"x3"
Please listen to your body, this should be gentle and maybe a little demanding- definitely NOT painful. If you’re holding your breath, you’re doing too much.
