Connect with Your Core & Release Your Rib Flare

In under 5 minutes, find your upper back curve and connect with your upper core to release your ribs for better mobility, posture, and core activation.
You’ll need a hand towel to support the weight of your head and take the load off of your neck.
I’m also using a half roller in the video, but you could also use a coregeous ball, yoga block, full foam roller etc etc…
If you feel any discomfort, try reducing your range of motion or adjusting the placement of the half roller.
You can also take more frequent breaks.
