It's a 5 Minute Foot Roll Out for Fast, Effective Foot Pain Relief

In this video, I share a simple, effective foot rolling sequence to improve foot mechanics, decrease foot tension, plantar fascia pain, and improve motion. All you need is a yoga tune up ball, pinkie ball, or tennis ball. (nothing really firm like a golf ball) You can do this standing or seated.
