This month’s video shows you how to modify a standing side stretch. I started teaching this version, using the ball, to clients who needed to stretch or open up their side body (lateral line) but couldn’t get an effective, pain-free stretch with their top hand on the wall.

This video is now available for download and/or streaming! It incorporates many effective and powerful principles from both techniques to increase strength, flexibility, and adaptability. You will move continuously throughout the hour long workout, even when you are resting, modifying as needed, and stretching.
