Live Group Classes on Zoom

No group classes the week of 12/27,  BUT you can still fit in a live Pilates & Stretch Class on Monday 12/20!
All levels welcome, I take requests and lots of modifications or options are given.

**In other news, there will no longer a live Wednesday morning class so that I can focus on creating more content for the video library and you tube channel. It feels like the end of an era, I taught a Wednesday morning class at Kiwanis then on Zoom for at least 15 years.
A big, heartfelt thank you to all of you who have taken that class with me over the years.**
