Mondays: Pilates & Stretch on Zoom (6-7PM) Stay connected and maintain your fitness routine from the comfort of your own home or while traveling with my Pilates & Stretch class on Zoom. Join me as I guide you through a series of Pilates exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. By combining Pilates with targeted stretches, this class will leave you feeling balanced, relaxed, and ready to take on the week. Please note that there will be no class on July 4th or July 17th. Wednesdays: Mat Pilates and Mobility at Helix Strength & Conditioning (4:30-5:15pm) Kick-start your midweek with our invigorating Mat Pilates and Mobility classes, held at the state-of-the-art Helix Strength & Conditioning facility. From 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM, engage your core, enhance stability, and build strength with our Mat Pilates class. You'll work through a series of exercises that target all muscle groups, leaving you feeling strong and empowered. MobilityClass at Helix Strength and Conditions (5:15-6pm) This specialized class focuses on improving joint mobility, flexibility, and overall range of motion. Through a combination of stretching, foam rolling, and mobility exercises, you'll enhance your body's movement capabilities and reduce the risk of injuries. Get ready to increase your flexibility, alleviate muscle tension, and unleash your body's full potential. Saturdays: Mobility at Helix Strength & Conditioning (10:45-11:30 AM) Start your weekend off right by attending our Mobility class at Helix Strength & Conditioning. From 10:45 AM to 11:30 AM, join me for a dynamic session that will enhance your body's functional movement and flexibility. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance or someone seeking overall well-being, this class will help you unlock your body's natural potential and leave you feeling revitalized.
