As of September 1, 2021 there will be pricing update for my in-person services. 
 (Group classes & video memberships will stay the same)

Fascial Stretch Therapy
50-55 minute sessions
Single Session $109
5 sessions ($104 each) $520

Studio Pilates (on the apparatus)
50-55 minute private lessons

10 sessions $940 ($94 each)

Mat Pilates (using mat and props)
clients must be able to get up and down off the floor easily
50-55 minute private lessons

Hybrid Sessions
(mix of Mat Pilates, Self Rolling, Gait Analysis etc etc)
