I am starting to get organized for my next (you tube) video shoot. I'd love your input! What would you like to see? What exercises or topics might be most helpful? (click here to fill me in) As many of you know, I am in the midst of my Bulletproof Lifecoach Certification Training. I am learning so much and can't wait to share some of the amazing material, but for now I need to take a break from the current scheduled newsletters, videos, and blog posts. I will still be teaching most of my group classes and seeing private clients. I also have a few more videos in this standing series to upload. In the meantime, I hope you will find the current videos on you tube and my website helpful. I just got back from Pasadena, CA where I attended the kickoff session for the Bulletproof Lifestyle Coaching training and their international conference. I really enjoyed myself, and not just because I got to sneak in a healthy amount of dancing at some of the amazing venues in L.A…. October is an exciting and busy month for me. First, I’ll be teaching an open group stretching class at the AZ Swing Jam event in Phoenix on Saturday, October 7th. If you’ve ever wanted to learn Lindy Hop and/or Balboa, this is a great place to start. If you just want to drop in for a relaxing stretch class, I’d love to see you there! (click here for more info) I’ll be taking my yearly trip to Kauai, HI. Classes at Kiwanis will be held as usual, thanks to Liza and Sharla! The Pilates Method Alliance Conference is here in Phoenix at the end of October. I’ll be attending the full weekend so I’ll get to take all kinds of workshops, try out new props and tools, as well as connect with my colleagues from all over the world. These conferences keep my skills current and my teaching inspired, in addition to feeling connected to my Pilates community. Hopefully, all this good stuff gets conveyed to my students in classes and one on one sessions!
